Research interests include measuring physical parameters of the ocean; ocean optics; spectroscopy of sea-water.:

  • Sunlight propagation in sea-water
  • Ocean surface dynamics via laser scattering
  • Phytoplankton fluorescence
  • Breakdown spectroscopy of sea-water
  • Ocean Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR)
